The first session will focus on exploring our response to a traditional form of self-massage from India that brings relief to head, neck, and shoulder discomfort.

The second session will explore additional approaches to relieving head, neck and shoulder stress and strain. Specific approaches will be determined by the concerns of those present.

Carolyn Dewey’s teaching style creates a safe and exciting environment for self-discovery while acquiring new awareness. She has extensive experience in the fields of Physical and Energetic Medicine including Healing Touch, Reiki, Polarity Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Aromatherapy, Visceral Manipulation, Ayurvedic Bodywork, Stretching, and Therapeutic Massage. Her perspective on developing awareness while building health creates an adventure for participants.
